Account Coordinator/Executive
Moiré Marketing Partners, the fastest growing branding and design agency in the professional services arena, has an immediate opening for an Account Coordinator/Executive to assist with management of a variety of projects for web and print, as well as managing social media initiatives and online advertising campaigns.
Position Overview:
Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple accounts simultaneously. You will assist Director of Accounts, and other senior staff, in the day-to-day management of client relationships and work with designers to coordinate development of online and offline deliverables. Successful candidates will have a can-do attitude, experience working independently and as part of a team, preferably in an agency environment.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct daily client communication, provide updates and respond to requests
- Assist in project executions, including scheduling, invoicing, content entry, and managing Google ad campaigns
- Provide administrative and other support, including updating production status reports and conducting online research
- Assist with proposals for new-business development
- Develop thought leadership articles, social media and blog posts
Qualifications:
- Understanding of creative, branding and digital marketing
- Demonstrated ability to effectively self-manage and be a team player
- Strong communication skills, written and verbal
- Must possess energy, passion and a desire to deliver innovative solutions
- Solid command of Microsoft office and familiarity with Mac environment a plus
- Agency (PR, marketing, design, advertising) experience preferred
